Owner of Cocothe to Open Sewickley Tavern At Site Of Former Bruneaux
Fans of the recently closed fine-dining destination Cocothé needn’t worry: they will be able to indulge again soon when the restaurant’s owner-chef team open a new spot just down the street. The new restaurant will be called Sewickley Tavern and will feature a tavern-style menu. It will be situated at 409 Beaver Street in the space of the former Bruneaux restaurant.

Studio St.Germain, a Sewickley-based architectural firm specializing in ultra-low energy building design, has announced the launch of a new owner-facing initiative designed to improve clients’ understanding of the many options in high-performance building design and technology.
The studio’s High Performance Program is an initiative that assesses building owners’ knowledge, readiness, and orientation to the multitude of sustainability programs available today, and then presents them with a personalized plan of action.

Studio St.Germain’s Third Commercial Project Debuts In Sewickley
Bruneaux Restaurant, a new fine-dining establishment designed by award-winning architectural firm Studio St.Germain, will open on September 30, 2016, on the site of the former Sewickley Café on Beaver Street. Bruneaux will feature an American menu with strong French influences.
The restaurant is the third commercial project in Sewickley for the boutique firm Studio St.Germain, which specializes in high-performance/low-energy design and building science. It follows the much-acclaimed renovations of business development organization Explore Sewickley and retailer J.McLaughlin.

The current project is on the site of the former Sewickley Café, a well-known landmark located in the heart of Sewickley’s business district on Beaver Street. The new building will house a fine-dining restaurant with a French-influenced menu.
