Home of Innovation
The Home of Innovation facility is located strategically alongside the SABIC Plastics Application Development Center (SPADC) in Riyad’s Techno Valley at King Saud University. The facility includes a high performance Demonstration Home and Collaboration Center. The Demonstration Home achieved LEED Platinum certification and Net Zero Energy consumption. It showcases best in class commercially available products and technologies that enabled this high level of performance. The Collaboration Center achieved LEED Gold certification. It will allow partnering companies to come together with SABIC, interact with other thought leaders, end-users, specifiers, and government officials. The facility creates a powerful statement of innovation and facilitates collaboration while completing the loop from new products and markets to new materials and processes.
